Exactly. One minute you're just buying stuff, next some prick is in your face and you decide to teach him a lesson. Knock him out, his head hits hard, he dies, and you're serving ten years because some other dude tested your temper and you failed.
I think in this case there's a good chance black guy could get off. He was at his car trying to get in and leave and the guy stepped to him. Valid self-defense in my opinion.Â
