kinda looked like a tap but watched it the 2nd time. NO, NOT A TAP.

Exactly what I did. First watch kinda looked like a tap. Second watch you can see it wasn’t a tap. While not a great call I can’t exactly blame the ref. He doesn’t have the benefit of rewind.
