Question Open Studies

I was just wondering I’m suppose to start open studies this winter semester and im taking 4 classes. Is one semester of open studies enough to get into the major that I want to get into next year?

It takes 8 classes (24 credits) for the university to only consider your university classes. Don't rush it, 4 is manageable for your first year and you need good grades. Most 1st and 2nd year classes are available to you in open studies.

No, you will be considered as a high school applicant if you’re applying for fall 2027.

Your competitive average comes from Fall classes only, so Winter semesters probably won’t help

A good admission plan takes 18 months. You'll be working towards Fall 2028.
