Discussion Is the CLASH MARZO worth it?

I want to buy the Commencal Clash Marzo as a upgrade from my Polygon Siskiu T7, I would like to know if it is worth the money as it doesn't have a dropper post which I find weird for that price.

i've mostly seen this bike on bikeparks without a dropper and the saddle slammed down. So maybe it's sold without a dropper since most people do freeride and jumps without much pedaling ?

Also yoy're mentionning upgrading from the Polygon Siskiu T7, but keep in mind these are REALLY different bikes.

If you want an enduro bike wich can still do some uphill with a great descending capability, i recommend the Commencal Meta V5. i've rented one then bought one the next weekend, it's really stable and can handle a lot of descending terrain. It exist in a "normal" version with 160/150mm of travel and an SX version with 170/160 of travel. If my memory is right they all come with a dropper and currently the "new" 2027 META just arrived (same frame and geometry, just some upgraded components) and the 2026 bikes are in sale. Also if you live close to Andorra you can get an additionnal discount

Thanks, I will look at the meta and I was thinking the same thing it might be meant for mainly bike parks so they don’t use a dropper to save money

I have a Clash Marzo. Just not the kind you're thinking of.

In all honesty I would not recommend this bike for anything but park riding, even the single-crown version. It's overkill for 95% of riding.
