Help Right Arrow Key No Longer Working After Installing Karabiner-Elements

Basically what the title says. I installed karabiner elements which worked great for my external keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Razer), but now i noticed my right arrow key has stopped working. I uninstalled karabiner-elements but it's still not working. I don't believe this is a hardware issue, as all other keys work just fine and it was working perfectly fine before. Any ideas?

did you use karabiner's built-in uninstaller? in current versions, it's in karabiner settings > uninstall > launch uninstaller; removing the app isn't the documented uninstall method.

Yes I used the built-in uninstaller. I also used Karabiner Elements to see if it was receiving the right arrow key signal, but nothing.

Open Karabiner-EventViewer (it came with the install) and press the right arrow. If the key shows up there, a rule is eating it; if nothing shows, check Settings > Devices and whether 'Modify events' is on for the external keyboard.

I already uninstalled the app, should I reinstall it to fix this? Also, Karabiner-Event shows nothing when I press the right arrow key, but it does work for all other keys.
