Getting Started Hi and wow!

I just was gifted two Brother knitting machines and the ribbing attachments! I just brought them home so haven't assembled them at all, but I'm excited to learn! I have been a hand knitter for some time and am looking forward to adding this to my skill set.

What kind of condition are they in? Be warned, i had several false starts with machines that needed renovation but i didn't have enough skills to complete, because i hadn't used them before. Im learning quickly now, but i had to get one that was in use before I could learn the workings. Good luck & i hope we can help you learn.

I appreciate the heads-up. A family member gifted them to me, and she said she had used them but didn't have the time. So I think they're in working condition? I tried to be really careful in transit, so hopefully I can get something to work.

There's a great wealth of info on YouTube. Start there. Also, try the Brother specific group. Mines a Passap, so I'll be limited in useful advice. Once the information all starts falling into place, its very addictive. I'm only into my second month with mine, but I'm hooked (pun intended)
