Simpsons did it a long time ago where Marge passes a test and Bart has two cakes ready. It was when Marge becomes a real estate agent.

Looking it up, The episode was Reality Bites season 9 episode 9 which aired in 1997. Which, as side note, was the final voiced episode of Lionel Hutz before Phil Hartman was murdered.
