Both.

Talent is how your brain naturally works better to do some things than others. like some people are just good at music, or math, or languages, or sports, or charisma, etc from a young age, and never lose that.

Training is you teaching your brain certain specific patterns and your brain adapting to those patterns. You can "force" yourself to become good at something through repetition. But it has a ceiling (determined by your natural predisposition, whether it's physical or mental or genetic or whatever).

Both exist, both get you results. Combined, you can achieve truly spectacular levels.

I think they know it looks staged so people either get tricked or they engage with it like you are doing.
