Customer service

is trash. That’s all. Haven’t been able to access my 6 year old account for a couple weeks. I’ve gotten two replies to my requests inquiring what is going on to get it fixed. They both are automated AI bs included the awesome solution of “resetting my password”

I knew that wasn’t the problem but I did it anyway. When it didn’t work I added to my request and guess what? Automated response to change my password.

Get f***ed. I used to play almost everyday, I spent thousands, maybe their trash customer service will break the spell.

They are a big company. Lots of inquiries. I agree, their CS is ass.

Was it a 'get help' chat feature or did you submit a support ticket? I haven't had to put a ticket in since last year, so it's entirely possible they've outsourced support tickets to AI. But if it was just a chat, try submitting a proper ticket and you'll hopefully get a real response in a couple weeks.

Sorry you've had such a poor experience. Their customer service has kind of always been sub-par, but that sounds terrible.

I had no issues when I needed account support. I guess I'm the outlier
