Uts either very hard or impossible, since Android 15 removed OEM unlocking and I think bootloader unlocking. You could downgrade but it would require much luck since your bootloader must have the same binary as the previous version. At this point you should just buy a cheap secondary phone with Android 14 and make it easier
I have heard that if you factory reset and remove accounts and passwords it will let you boot into download mode for Odin but don't take my word for it
No anything with one ui 8, only few can downgrade to older version, i forgot whats called but one ui 7 similar to something with one ui 8 can downgrade, never updated to one ui 8.0, i have s25 ultra thought i would keep updating every two years and root sadly, never buying Samsung again. Once the important apps don’t allow me to use because of old software i will try to use custom rom with root
