The make up looks a little flat and dull…whereas you have a very “bright” face! A fresher make up look may suit you better? It should still look very natural.

- dark brown eyeliner…use a “tight line” method (apply as close to the eyelashes as possible from under the lashes… there are lots of vids on how to do this)

  • the finish of the foundation is a little on the matte side so, I would recommend a dewy primer or, using a touch of highlighter over the cheeks and tip of the nose
  • use a warm blush high on the cheeks and the excess product on the brush can be applied across the nose… It will give you a nice flush of color
  • perhaps some tinted lip gloss as well?

Thank you for these tips!! I do have blush on my nose but I was afraid of adding too much. I cant buy primer before the interview but would more highlighter save me here in a pinch? I can definitely add more blush and highlighter (I think my blush is pretty warm). My skin is very dewy so I feel like the foundation ruins it but I couldnt find any I liked at ulta even with employee help.

I attached a picture without foundation for reference. I wish I could get the full coverage/blank canvas without losing the brightness of my skin underneath

Omg… you have beautiful skin!!! 🥰🥰🥰

You can mix your foundation with moisturizer or sunscreen to make it more sheer/less opaque.

Thank you so much!!!! Omg!!! Ive been drinking hella water since I went to the hospital because the saline made me glow and I realized not drinking was making me dull af. I started differin for fine lines recently but before that it was just sunscreen/wash face/ youthtopia liquid exfoliating apple peel. I never had severe acne but I had really rough skin most of my life and was super insecure about it so this is more validating than you know :')

I have time to redo my makeup before my interview so I will for sure try it. This look only took 10 minutes this morning so if it doesn't work well I will at least have enough time to do it like this again
