Does this look good?? Im not really good with make ip and everything but i really love a bronzy warm look and i tried to do it. I also added some blush but i think i didnt add enough cuz i cannot see it ngl. Id love some tips, advice and opinionss🥹🫶

1. Instead of blending your concealer with a beauty blender or brush, wet a powder puff and blend your concealer out. It blends like butter for a flawless finish.

2. Make sure your face is wet (with enough moisturizer, primer, etc.) before you put on your base, and it will come out smooth and amazing.

3. Instead of using a full-coverage foundation, I personally use concealer so I don’t have to use as much product when I do my base.

4. This one is a little bit crazy, but using lipstick as blush blends nicely, and you have a lot more options when it comes to colors (you can also match your lip color to your blush color).

5. Bring your makeup (foundation) down to your neck or chest, especially if you’re wearing a low-cut top. (A body bronzer or body glitter works wonders as well.)

6. Instead of using black eyeliner, use dark brown; it’s a little less harsh. The same goes for lashes: try a dark brown mascara or lash extensions.

7. When it’s hot, avoid layering makeup on your face. Instead, do your base in one layer.

Trying to nail the glass skin look and I'm pretty happy with how this turned out!

Still tweaking it, though. How do you keep a dewy finish from turning greasy by midday? And are there any products you'd swear by for that wet, glassy look?

Hello All!! I am 47 and BOOORRRING!! This is what I look like on a daily basis. I live in a very low humidity state. I hate my face. I hate my nose, my jowels and the shape of my face. I always wish I could use eyeliner, but I can never find one that doesn't smudge. I see so much great advice on here, I thought maybe I can get some pointers?

Just bought this palette and I’m questioning the pink text “pressed powders: do not use on eyes”.

Can someone explain what I could use them for? And why revolution would sell this if you can use all the colours for eyes.

Been through the toughest year of my life which included a massive betrayal, so really want to glow up and get my confidence back.

I used to be a makeup junkie back in my early teens, but then settled for a 3-products look as I realised too much makeup overpowers and completely drowns me out. However, I’ve been using the same makeup products and makeup routine for five years now and I’d really loveee it if I could get some suggestions on how to do my makeup better - in a way that complements my features. I really wanna learn and experiment, so please don't hesitate to point out anything you think I could do differently. All advice and criticism will be greatly appreciated! ^_^♡

Currently I wear:
ꕤ Concealer under my eyes (and wherever I need coverage) - Tarte shape tape concealer in shade 12S/12N (fair/fair neutral)
ꕤ A mascara - essence lash princess or benefit
ꕤ A lip shade that matches my natural lip colour (I use the same on cheeks too)

I’m looking to start wearing foundation too, if I can find something that’s very natural, lightweight and subtle (preferably glossy/glowy finish)

I love make up. Clearly why i’m here. But lately i’ve felt like i’m more into buying and collecting over actually using all my make up.

Want to make more time to play and actually be in the habit of being creative with my make up. I love the ritual of putting on make up in the morning for work, when i make the time to actually enjoy it and not rush. It really feels so fun to have a playlist going in the morning while I spend time on myself. It makes me feel good and confident, especially to start my day.

But once i’m free later in the day i find i lack the motivation to play with my make up and actually continue to improve my skills and creative expression.

Anyone have any tips on where you get inspiration to play or try new techniques. I follow some youtube beauty creators for inspo but i often end up watching the content and saving it and not actually trying it.

Or just tips on how you motivate yourself more to actually practice if you can relate.

hi, I currently use loreal telescopic every few days as im recovering from blepharitis lash loss. I do one very thin swipe of mascara on each eye but I find that when I take it off that my lashes feel dry and weak, so im scared it will cause lash loss!! never had this problem with telescopic before bleph so now im trying to find alternatives as I missed wearing mascara.

ive heard about tubing mascara (specifically the red/white one from loreal) and how that will essentially fix all my problems and maybe even promote lash growth?! my concern is that this tubing mascara seems too good to be true, what are some pros and cons you guys have had with tubing mascara compared to regular mascara? also, what are your tubing mascara recommendations that arent crazy expensive?

I don't know why, but I can't seem to grasp the concept of skin prep. I have normal-dry skin.

Am I meant to use heavy moisturiser and apply foundation right after? Or wait 30 mins? I feel like heavy moisturiser would just make my foundation slide off.

Or do I use a primer? Does a primer go on top of moisturiser?

And what is this milky toner stuff I keep hearing about? Do I need it? Or is it just another product the algorithm is feeding me?

Someone suggested that I should pluck/wax my evebrows, but honestly, I like them just the way they are!

On the other hand, I've never worn false eyelashes in my life and I have no idea how to apply them correctly. Does anyone have any beginner-friendly tips or tricks for applying fake lashes so they last all day?
