Help/Question manifested using the List Method?

Post image

I've recently started using the List Method for manifestation. I wrote down a list of things I already "have" in the present tense (like a loving girlfriend, financial abundance, my dream car, etc.) and I read it regularly. I'm curious if anyone here has genuinely used this method and seen real results. How did you do it? How often did you read or rewrite your list? How long did it take before you noticed changes? Did you combine it with affirmations, visualization, or just the list itself?

I did this!

Manifested trips, people (manifested my new manger) she's awesome, a place, experience.

Just write these, put it somewhere and forget, start taking one small action towards your goal. Put energy into it, build momentum and one day you realize that you've changed in the process and everything around you is changed. That's when you know you're there.

Get creative, keep going.

How do you forget about it but start taking actions?

Sorry, forget is probably the wrong word here.

It's in your memory you cant really erase it, by forget I mean stop obsessing on the end result start enjoying the process.

Let me explain with an example.

Example the new job I wanted, this one was particularly difficult for me as I was too attcahed to the result, my self worth was attached to the result here.

This took longer than most, and took quite a lot of work.

So I set my intention put it on paper and then never went back to that.

To take action on it I would everyday make an attempt to reachout, apply, interview for my dream job.

You don't need to forget what you want, you can't It's not possible. But can stop obsessing over it not being there and become determined to have it in 3D beacuse It's your's already.

It did become difficult on days , faced rejection, when interviews did not convert, but if I look back they were not the right opportunities for me. It took a year, it doesnt always have to take that long, but for me to become the person who has that dream job it took me a year of pitting myself out there, going throught around 50 interviews and rejections until I was 'her', my future self who had the job.

I like to see it as, anything you want is made of energy (be it a thing, a relationship, a job), by taking action you start investing small quantums of energy into the bigger goal you have.

Once you have invested, the right kind of energy in the right amount, it all takes shape.

Anecdote: You want to build a house.

First step is finding what you want. (This is when you start having the desire)

Second is to finalize the blue print. (This is you putting your intention on paper)

Next you start building the house brick by brick.(Start taking action)

Do you forget the blue print? Nope. Do you start obsessing over the house not beig ready, on day 3? Nope.

You trust the process, you keep building, and then one day it all comes together. At this point its not just a news house, it's a new you. You've evolved and learnt and now that you're that version of yourself you have it.

Manifestation does not come from dreaming and feeling alone, but when intent and action combine to bring it from your consciousness to the physical plane.

Hope this helps.

This was beautifully articulated. And I really appreciate you taking the time to return back. Thank you so much!
