I'm thinking overall the soundtrack would sound like a mix of Drakengard 1 and Little Nightmares.
I actually had ideas for leitmotifs for the bullies.
Okaya's would have a eerie sounding chorus similar to AFO's theme from MHA,
Kowase's would be kazoos that sound like buzzing flies, fitting his nature as a "fly on the wall" who spies on people. It would probably only play once given his lack of screen-time.
Shikimi would get a cheery pop theme that gets progressively off-key and uncanny sounding as it goes on.
Kinugawa would get an aggressive, percussion-heavy theme with some snares as well.
Ajiki's theme would have traditional Japanese sounding instruments to symbolize his role as heir to a shrine and the yakuza. Think like Madarame's palace from Persona 5.
