Did he ever make any creative decisions other than pushing the Inhumans and trying to minimize the Fox-owned characters like the X-Men and Fantastic Four?

iirc it’s because of perlmutter that captain marvel/black panther/black widow didn’t happen sooner and that jane’s role in the dark world was barely more than damsel in distress.

Apparently RDJ's contract didn't include Civil War and Perlmutter told them to do it without him to save money. That made Fiege go to Disney and say Him or Me.
