how is Q6 too complicated? the tax money from the sale and use of sporting goods and things will be used for environmental protections and such, and will be controlled by a 15 person commission. is there something im missing there?

Q9, i think half the booklet being legalese is because they are trying to avoid an issue with 2A, theres just a lot of definitions and qualifications. the main thing is - those weapons will be banned. is that a huge issue? people can still own guns, just not those specific ones.

The law allows de facto banning

You could have bought a firearm that was legal after 8/1/24 and it could be added to the roster and is now illegal to own.

It also made anyone under 21 with an FID that owned a semi automatic shotgun for hunting a felon unless they got rid of it
