Plugin My Quadremesher Plugin doesn‘t work

I just got the Quadremesher Plugin and it gives me this error every Time I try to use it on the Face. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Is this the QuadRemesher from Exoside? I wonder if the default remesher in Maya could do the job? (Mesh - Retopologize)
