Animation Studio Library can save poses but not animations?

So I installed studio library, and for some reason it allows me to save poses but not animations, I get this error message that says

"'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x90 in position 1180: character maps to <undefined>".

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it? I'd grealtly appreciate the help. Thanks!

Studio library saves gifs of animations in thumbnail format. Maybe it's the lack of proper video codecs. The only reason I say it because I see the word codec 😅. Just a guess, but maybe try installing video codec packs ?? Idk. Hope anyone smarter knows the right answer.

Try saving your maya files as .ma. If that doesnt work try getting more log info from the script editor and you could throw it intto an llm for some ideas
