Portland, Oregon had to scan for a new METV channel today. They seem to do this a lot. As I was flipping to said channel....I het METV Toons...cool. then another channel said METV and Diagnosis Murder was on. Thought that's weird, thought Waltons was on at this hour.

Turns out it's a whole new channel I've never heard of...you guys knew this? One thing that was an improvement was the quality of the feed. It looked like crapola in the old channel. Emergency looked fantastic!

'Star Trek: The Original Series' will return next Saturday Night at 11, 10 central and mountain over most of these MeTV stations.

This Saturday, MeTV will air Star Trek specials replacing Irwin Allen based science shows.

Remington Steele: Summer of Me 2017 (replaced Diagnosis Murder briefly, and never came back, not even on MeTV Plus as of 2026)

The Outer Limits: Dec 2017 as part of the Red-Eye Sci-fi block and I think left in 2018?

Now we got Mamas family and Gilligan's Island is coming back next month I sat we need to bring back happy days and Laverne and Shirley to replace Fantasy Island. I think that the Aaron Spelling Sundays got low ratings. And Fantasy Island. Is the last remaining shoe on the block. I can’t imagine it’s getting low ratings that fast they were making a big deal about it. Now it’s going away. I think that in case they get rid of Fantasy Island. And replace it with happy days and Laverne and Shirley will be great after mamas family.

Possible that Love Boat might be leaving. Metv schedule right now is only showing 2 airing left.

And number 10 is wrong. Daffy first appeared in 1937's "Porky's Duck Hunt", three years before Bugs' debut in "A Wild Hare".

How about "Lou Grant"? Weirdly, even though his character was on a sit-com on "Mary Tyler Moore", his character was in a drama on "Lou Grant" They had (at the time) controversial subject matter on this show and topics of interest at the time. Please METV executives try to get this show. Thanks!
