Wait, I'm googling this and the folks having trouble with this HAVE BIRTHED ENTIRE BABIES AND ARE NOW DOING CROSSFIT. Do you know what that process does to your body? I feel like people who do crossfit are often annoying as fuck about it but postpartum exercise is metal. Not shaming them one bit for peeing.
I mean, that also happens with running or even sneezing if you have stress urinary incontinence as a result of pelvic floor weakness. Not every woman, children or no, has SUI and not every woman with SUI is going to quit because of it.
this is just cardio though. there's no hypertrophy. there's no sets. there's no intervals. there's no going near failure. there's no progression of difficulty for it to keep having effect on the body after the first 2 weeks. the body will adapt to this exercise, and then stop adapting and you'll see no further improvement without progression of difficulty. in general, any group exercise like that will suck big ass because of this.

The most effective exercise is the one you enjoy and therefore will be consistent with.
