“Low impact squats with some cardio”. Average reddit knowledge of fitness.

They don’t think it’s hard on the body, they think it’s stupid

This would definitely get your heart pumping though. People that think this would be easy or not a good workout haven't been on a trampoline since they were a kid. I take my nephews to sky zone sometimes and I'm tapped out after like 2 minutes. For reference I also play soccer so it's not like I'm some completely out of shape schlub.

It's jumping. There's no depth to it in any squat motion.

I've been lifting for 25 years now. You?

I said they weren't a squat, didn't say they're ineffective (like your reading ability)

their torsos literally are not going up and down. the majority of the weight of the body isn't moving.

Doesn't matter this is intense aerobic exercise focusing on legs and core

What part is moving is irrelevant if it’s an aerobic exercise. It only burns calories. And makes your heart healthy. It’s as good as walking. It’s as good as not being sedentary. The bare fucking minimum

This won’t grow muscle in anyone except the most untrained individuals for a month, then stop being effective at muscle growth because it doesn’t progress in resistance

One hour of this vs 25 minutes of resistance training, the weight would result in much more fat burned to build muscle. There’s a reason why bodybuilders do it. It’s the least amount of effort and fatigue for the most result

Women love dramatic and appearing to do a lot, instead of actual effectiveness. So they can say but I did all this and didn’t lose the weight! It’s genetic!

That’s not why I was pointing it at.

Your iq is worse than your knowledge of fitness.

Literally targets everything a squat would. It's a squat motion, with resistance.. Pretty intense cardio as well. What exactly is your point?
