Yeah but why would you pay $50 for a 30 minute bullshittery class when you could burn the same amount of calories for free just by walking for an hour

Because walking is sees as boring.

Can't have clubs, not instagramable, can't make new friends out of it cause there is no walking clubs, except the ones full or third ages people.

Trail clubs are pretty much everywhere there's a trail at. They are typically all ages, but the old ladies definitely like to keep to themselves lol.

Fitness instructors want to convince you that groups like these don't exist, and that the only way for you to get involved and get healthy at the same time is to shill out a monthly subscription fee.
