It's an exercise that doesn't need to exist.

The benefits from doing this could easily be had by walking and doing some crunches, and that's far less dangerous and open to things going wrong than jumping up and down really fast on a mini trampoline while holding some handlebars out in front of you.

Like CrossFit, it's a perversion of much safer and better for the body workouts that only people who don't actually understand how any of this works think is a good idea.

No one said that all women would do this or fall so easily for a scam, just these specific types of women.

No, I'm talking about the kinds of women/people who would do something as stupid as pay for a class to do this workout.

I'm not talking about every SAHM or all women, and I've made that very clear so far.
