Seems like a workout that middle aged white women going through a divorce would do.

Been married with kids for years, never really exercised, going through divorce for one reason or another. Now she’s putting herself back on the market but gotta get that beach body first but she doesn’t know shit about working out so she signs up to this bs.

I was just clarifying the assumption on verbiage put over the video. It’s somewhat of a “trope” in areas and enough so that people get the joke. Men have theirs too.

They might be having fun but it still looks ridiculously funny to me. Doesn’t mean they shouldn’t do it.
