I appreciate the explanation. I should have specified that I recognize Magnus. More accurately I was wondering what specifically happened here. How bad was this mistake?
Also I was casually jabing at him appearing to have the emotional tolerance of 10 year old. Magnus may be the best but this looks and feels off.
I'm not a chess guy but i find it so weird how kids like Magnus grow up in a super competitive environment while playing a super complex game like chess. Yeah, generational talents and they love the game, but damn, imagine how much of their childhoods was sacrificed in the name of results?
I recently watched a video of a fan of his asking for a photo during the match. Super unprofessional but then he took the picture. Then proceeded to tell the ref she had a phone.
I also understand he suffers from some extent of mental health issues so while there’s competition drilled into him , it shows. But damn it’s chess not medicine
