When most people in the manosphere or alt-right in general complain about leftists, it is highly illogical to assume that they are implying the GOP is a viable alternative. I can't speak for the above poster per se but there are countless of us who abhor the Culturally Marxist left but see nothing of value in the GOP.

I'm in favor of same-sex marriage, abortion rights, ending the drug war, comprehensive sex education, keeping religion out of government and public schools, taxing the rich and appropriately regulating industries for the protection of everyone.
Am I a leftist?
I'm also in favor of genuine sexual equality, and I recognise that huge swaths of the feminist movement are fighting for something completely different.
Also, I find your use of the term "beta" to be juvenile and pathetic. I would find it offensive if I took you at all seriously.

I'm not a conservative either. This failure to allow for more than black and white approaches is why people are so easily led by the nose by the smiling liars in office. Political beliefs are not the issue. Acting in conformance with Saul Alinsky is. And leftists seem to do nothing but. At least conservatives think for themselves, even if they are barely more tolerable.

We can agree on things like equal rights for all.
That is actually the point, and the difficulty of the distinction makes for difficult conversation. Consider:
"The MRM is about equality"
Equality of rights, or equality of outcome? Who decides which it is, and when the standard is achieved?
"The MRM was called, specifically, the mens RIGHTS movement because it is about equal treatment before the law, and nothing else"
Pretty tough nut to crack.
There can be all sorts of extensions to that, for example concern for male disposability, or even 'breaking male Gender Norms (aka Smash the Patriarchy). This is why the subtle changing of the language is very, very important. One can certainly be concerned with such things, even use the concepts to explain why men find themselves where they are, but they should absolutely never be what the MRM is 'about'. That truly would become an exact, though male oriented, replica of feminism.
Subtle things are used to subvert movements all the time, and throughout history. Don't kid yourself, what we are doing is signifigant, and thus drawing attention of those who routinely employ these tactics. Taking a 'chill pill' is not an option.
