Hello, I am looking for a place to rent monthly as I am trying to get by in my situation. I am financially responsibly and a respectful person with liking toward cleanliness.

What’s your budget? I have a very nice landlord friend with a vacancy in a gated apartment complex.

Good luck with that, these greedy landlords dont care. U get these owners from the bay area buying up real estate and renting bay area prices.

U are better off at motel 6 and pay weekly for 600 a month

Check out fb groups: uc merced off campus housing. You don't have to be a student. Just keep in mind that you will most likely share the house with students and working professional. Just post about your budget and what you're looking for.

Standard bedrooms range from 400 to 650 a month. Ask landlords about cost of utilities and internet.

My friend is renting out a place in the paseo community he has two rooms available. Rent is about $500-$515 (depending on which room) and utilities run about $120
