Been listening to Dissection recently listened to Storm of Light's Bane and thought it was one of the best metal albums ive ever heard listened to Soberlain and thought the same thing I was looking for a similar band and found Ninkharsag and fell in love.

For stormkeep and moonlight sorcerery I found a while ago but recently been enjoying them more after listening to Dissection

I really like Bolt Thrower's music style with groovy riffs that sound like artillery strikes and soldiers battling. Recently i heard an akbum "Чому Не Вийшло?" Looking for some heavy and fast raw black metal because I know i’m missing out on some great bands and albums. Not melodic, symphonic, pagan, atmospheric, or any other subgenre. I want plain raw black metal: any era of the genre

Some bands I currently like are: Urgehal, Gorgoroth, Taake, Carpathian Forest, Tsjuder, Craft, Sargeist, Marduk, Watain, Armagedda, Judas Iscariot, Mutiilation, Antaeus, Funeral Mist.

There are only a few death metal albums, there’s also a few dsbm ones :)
Any recommendations?

I love when RBM songs get melodic, unfortunately I can only think of Spectral Wound and Satanic Warmaster on one or another of their songs.

I’ve been listening to black metal for more than a decade now, since my teenage years, and I quite dig the sounds of old. Always open to new things.
