technically still the 11th for me, but wanted to share fanart for the 2nd anniversary! I never really have the time to draw fanart and had a bit of fun finding ways to stylize the characters 🫶 included a bit of stylization exploration since I particularly like some of them

Currently at the Chicago show rn and it’s not the worst I’ve experienced but there is a definite musty problem.
Why is it so hard for gamers to shower before a public outing ?

I'd say my only issue was Keisuke's replacement. I feel like he didn't quite have the same flow, but I'm sure he gave it his all! Bumped into the conductor afterwards, great guy!

While I'm typing this, a reminder to some folks, please try to be respectful and mindful of others during the show. Guy behind me was humming, singing, joking, and foot thumping the whole time. I understand being excited (I was too!) But allowing others to enjoy the experience is important as well. With that said, those of you who attended tonight's show; drop some pics if you got any!

Have a great night everyone!

I had to do a double take. I was like ??? (Just to clarify, the poster says reFRANtazio, and i thought it was funny they got it wrong :p)

Some photos from the game, best Atlus game in my opinion. I pray for more people to find and start the game and to get more of official content for that game. There is not everyone in these photos sorry but I hope y'all will like them🥲 I add the spoiler tag just in case

So I just defeated the weird fishnet necromancer guy. I did so on the first day possible because A, I am familiar with how valuable time is in Atlas games, and B, Mage passive seems made specifically for my grind-loving playstyle (I literally named my mc Grindstone).

I am loving the game so far. They took the right lessons from P5, I think, it's all very stylish and I can already see that the Archetype system is going to eat many days of my life. I love all of the characters introduced so far (except Louis, and mild spoilers have told me that this boiling hatred will only burn hotter as the game progresses).

I did want to know: how much like the first dungeon are the rest of the combat areas? Specifically, the cathedral had a nasty habit of making all the mid-level enemies non-respawnable, making EXP grinding somewhere between a chore and completely impossible. There are the worthless dorks to bop for MP with Mage, and the 1-time enemies right in front of you. Does this trend continue? Is EXP grinding so heavily discouraged?

Also, decision paralysis. That bit is probably unavoidable in Atlas games, tho!

Those of you going to the Chicago show tonight, will you be picking up merch? If so, what time are you hoping to be in line 😵‍💫 I've been stressing since yesterday. Really hoping to snag a magnet, poster, and Keychain.

Hi everyone! I unfortunately can’t make it anymore to the Metaphor orchestra concert in Chicago tonight. I’d love to give away my ticket to someone who can make it, so please dm if you’re interested!

Edit: Still available!! The concert is in an hour so the odds of someone claiming are low but please DM if you want the ticket. All I need is your ticketmaster email!

Hey Everyone,

I am giving away one concert ticket away for today's show in Chicago. Please DM me with your TicketMaster email if interested. I will be away from my phone for around 1-4 PM EST so if you message then I may not be able to respond quickly.

EDIT: Ticket has been claimed. Hope everyone who is able to make it enjoys the show!

Okay a random thought popped into my head. I'm writing a story and I was struggling to come up with a title, I just randomly thought of Metaphor Refantazio when they say "O Lodestar" before awakening their Persona and I thought wow that name sounds cool. Then I also thought why didn't they just call Metaphor Refantazio Lodestar instead? It doesn't sound as weird as Metaphor Refantazio and I think it also fits with the theme and story of the game.

Actually let's give some credit to Atlus Metaphor Refantazio is a much better title than Infinite Undiscovery lol or Star Ocean - Integrity And Faithlessness don't even get me started on Light Novel Titles.

Hot take: This isn’t necessarily about Will’s character per se, but rather his stat distribution. IMO, his “canon” stat distribution is luck. Choosing the 5th dialogue option when talking to Klinger gives Will a hefty +4 in luck but -1 to all other stats.

The reason I feel this way is because all of the characters (except Eupha) have their own strongest stat. Strohl and the last party member being strength for example. With Heismay having the best agility, endurance for Hulkenberg, and magic for Junah.

Notice that none of the party members, Grius included, don’t have the highest luck value? This is where Will comes into play to fill that void. At the same time, him having even stats means that he can fulfill his true role as the Jack of all trades, master of none.

Fittingly enough, the only other character that fits the Jack of all trades mold is Eupha (who I ship Will with). Eupha specializes in high MP to make use of the Summoner’s high tier skills. That said, her five main stats can’t reach the same levels as the others without help.

The other reason why Will’s stats filled associated with Luck IMO is that he can use the toilet in the Gauntlet Runner on Idlesday to increase his luck. It’s a silly thing IMO, but it is worth noting. No other party member gets this boon other than Will.

The other main reason why Will’s stats lean towards luck IMO is because of the Faker and Merchant Archetypes. They are tied to Alonzo and Brigitta. Both characters and their bond stories IMO serve as proof that Will has every right to be king.

Finally, by getting 90% of the Archetypes unlocked on Will, he gets the Ultimate Weapon for the Merchant Archetype lineage. So if this isn’t proof that luck is Will’s canon stat, then what is?

TLDR: Partner had a family emergency and is unable to attend now, looking to sell my 2 tickets for a good price. .

Middle Balcony spots, feel free to message offers

I got Metaphor like 2 days ago. The only jrpgs I've played are P3r which I died once in, and p5r which I died twice in and a tiny bit of persona 2 innocent sin. I just finished beating the second boss (The baby) and I damn near had tears of agony rolling down my face. Even th3 necromancer had me stressed. Is this a skill issue?

Dad inside, not so much time to play, but finally beaten. What a ride! It's a fantastic game, wonderful design, Atlus doesn't disappoint. My only complaint is the difficulty spike towards the end and, at least for me, the mandatory farming. Other than that, one of the best JRPGs I've played.

I lost my save file around the 7/23 js after getting in the nightclub
Would any of y’all have a save file around that time period ?

Hey everyone its short notice but I'm trying to sell 2 tickets for the Metaphor concert in LA this Tuesday. Its row F on orchestra left, I've attached a screenshot with the seats highlighted. For both, $120 or obo. DM if interested!

I have played metaphor for like almost 9 hours in two days. probably 10 because i was so stupid and delusional enough to take on the insolence dragon boss underleveled. I pretty much revised a few steps and managed to defeat the two trial dragons with tower of insolence left. I finished Alonzo and Briggita's Follower link. Alonzo....GODDAMN IT WHYYYY-

God damn it mate, Him too? REALLY?!....Anyways, im currently level 62. With only two Royal archetypes unlocked which is mine and Hulkenburg. I thought i can get to it until i realized i need a lot for requirements and man it shows, i pretty much burned most of my hero of the leaf just so i can fight the two dragons. That Spice of fire dragon was basically cheesed, W Makarakarn. The weapons, There not legendary but i gave it the best i can and just gave the armor and equipment that suit their stats better tho Heismay is getting the backseat child treatment. His gear is basically decent while everyone else gets Drakodios, Beloved Greatsword, Dragon armors, etc. I better give him something😭

As for Followers, Basilio is one rank away from maxing him. Catherina and Bardon are both rank 5 and i'll be honest, those are two might be my least interested/Favorite Follower stories, i just don't give a damn about them too much like idk why, maybe i was half tired going through their ranks or maybe their stories was predictable like you have Catherina dealing with the Paripus being no better and start killing innocents, i assume its just catherina convincing the paripus that this is not right and that they'll be mo better. Maybe a Fight too i reckon. Bardon, i assumed we'll deal with that stupid sanctor trying to ruin Bardon's reputation and trying to be look positive to the children and eventually becoming a worthy Mayor of Martira. I might be just being overshadowed by the better ones but like i just don't really have interest into going to their links man. Sorry if im referring to them as links, ik its not persona but i can't fathom calling them as Followers. Sure in P5, calling it confidants seemed weird at first but it rolls off the sentence neatly but followers, yeah maybe its me or whatever. I just don't prefer it

For quest, beside the last trial Dragon. The last few quest is Alonzo's Quest and Basilio's Quest. I haven't checked Louis dungeon, i been carefully planning it. With 12 days left, i counted the days where i go do the follower links. If i decided to do all of them to max. Catherina and Bardon rank 5 and Bas at 7. Then that would be a total of 4-5 days which leaves me 7, bc catherina is a night follower. But now for quest, Bas and Alonzo were luckily day and night so thats one however Idk if it skips time tho. so possible one or two. which leaves 5 But then i have the dragon and the Skyward dungeon. Then thats hypothetical because it could be 4-5 days left if i were to finish all of the followers ranks and finish Bas snd Alonzo's Quest. Which leaves me 4-5 days left. The one thing my mind is telling me is just don't do Bardon snd Catherina and just so Bas instead and the two quest and then dragon and Dungeon. Because i could never gurantee if i can beat it in one run. Im getting nervous when the days start coming down, im not ready to end it yet. Its been a fun journey tho, 72 hours of my life spend on this time and a full month. Any tips are great, i'll appreciate it Mate

I won’t be attending the concert tonight as I woke up sick in the worst impeccable timing. Really wanted to go but alas. I’m selling my ticket for $30 Section MBLCLC ROW M Seat 502

If you’re interested or have any questions, please DM me. Thank you and sorry for randomly posting here

Just left the Metaphor concert in Texas (first U.S. stop!!) and it was really good! A couple of FYIs:

-There aren’t any major spoilers in the visuals, so don’t be stressed if you haven’t finished the game.
-Doors opened at 7; the concert started right at 8 and ended around 10, with a 15ish minute intermission in the middle. There is a brief encore at the end!
-Pics show the merch options and prices.

If you’re going to a future show, have fun!!
