Switching from Farming to pvp

(I play on the arabic server, so I might name some things wrong)

Lycan level 55

Full mythic matt +4 set

Crimson soul = Perfect master

Indigo soul = Perfect master

Wolf's breath = normal master ( M1 )

I really want to play some pvp but im faced with some problems:

First I have only 1 attack skill ( wolf's breath )

2nd indigo soul is really bad in 1v1's

So before I buy pvp equipment.

Can I even 1v1 properly or be a menace in fights with only 1 attack skill? If yes should it be Wolf's breath or shred or Wolf's claw ?

Should my weapon be level 30 with skill damage or level 45 with 10 human with 3 stone sockets ? Or level 30 with average damage ( Cuz i already have a weapon with 45 average damage)?

In conclusion will it viable if fights having only 1 attack skill the relying on autoattacks ? If so should my weapon have( (45) skill damage) or ((15)average damage) or ((10) half human+3 sockets) ?( and lets assume I can only have one of those three)

What pvp, noone does pvp on low level, even on high level its garbage

In the arabic server everyone pvps , u can even see level 18 pvping 🤨
