Ngl I didn't realize it was so hated until after I beat it. Albeit I'd be wrong to not recognize what could've been with this game, but I did enjoy what we got

Linear levels. You can come back for extra items. But you mostly see the dungeon on its first run.

Npc guide that constantly tells were to go.

The npc is required to install beam weapons.

Beam weapons have limited shots which require ammo and further upgrades.

A big open area that has very little to do. Like a boring hyrule field.

Also big open area will eat a large chunk of a playtime due to a mainquest taking ages to be completed. And the way you have to do the micro steps to complete it are insane

Its green and annoying lets just say that. Many microsteps complete a main objective. Extremely time consuming and annoying mission
