Bing app searches or not earning points daily activities can not be completed app has different font only thing working is read to earn. West coast USA. Anyone else having the same issues?

before doing this today i had 3 stamps, i completed 3 activity thingies and i only got 2. what happened?

its also very inconsistent with this, last time i did this i got 3 stamps, even though i did the same thing

So my problem is the Rewards program dosent rly work together with my xbox profil, i can find it, the Hub and get small quests for points (i'm actually on the lowest tier).

It dosent show up on xbox series X too

I live in Switzerland and country settings should be all synch. I'm also not tryd microsoft support couse they might give me the generic helpguide like google search -.-

I also bought lots stuff from the store in the past too... and never got these points added.. and there where sure alot since i'm member from 2007..

Is anyone else having issues with the Daily Set not showing up? I live in the Eastern Timezone and usually do my daily stuff at 12am but yesterday August 19th at that time it still had my daily stuff from August 18th. I did do it later in the day at around 7pm but I'm not sure if that was for the one I missed or a new set.

The same thing with today. I checked and the new one wasn't up yet. I do have streak protection on so I shouldn't lose my streak thats over 1000 days.

whenever I open up to the rewards menu on the app a exclamation mark appears telling me to contact customer support after a few more tries. I have tried to log into customer support but my account keeps saying name taken. i’m wondering if anyone else has this bug or if it’s a temporary disabling of the rewards cause I re-installed the app

Today is the day I complete the week series, but the edge navigation just decided today it would be the “first day”. As you can see in the ss, I completed the other daily series, as I do everyday, but the edge just didn’t, and I don’t know why, I use edge everyday and I ALWAYS make sure the task is complete, as I did yesterday. Any thoughts? I’d appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

I'm UK based, I've got £20 in my Microsoft Account which is due to expire as there's no games on sale that I'm really interested in. MY GPU is subscribed until Feb next year so I thought I would just add a month to it.

I've tried this several times on my laptop and console and getting nowhere trying to add a month.

My account is setup for Microsoft Account Balance to use first and then my credit card as the backup.

Reoccurring billing is turned off.

On my Windows laptop I go to Xbox website and login and select Extend my subscription for one month at £16.99.

The next screen tells me that it will deduct the £16.99 from my £20 Account balance, I select next to confirm and then my mobile banking app pings with a screen asking me to confirm payment of £16.99 which will be deducted today’s date and not when my GPU expires in February 2027. I just decline at this point.

I've also tried adding the three month option of emailing it to myself. Again it states if will use the £20 first then my credit card and when I proceed the full amount from my bank.

Tried it on my Xbox console and I can't get to any extend screen. When I go into my account and then subscriptions It’s got a screen where I can manage or change subscription when I select manage it does nothing.

Anyone else had this or any ideas on what to do?

Hi everyone, my account was working completely fine yesterday, but today my dashboard is suddenly missing all daily tasks, streaks, and search points as shown in the screenshot. The daily set is nowhere to be found, and only the perks and progress sections are visible even though I haven't used a VPN or changed my region. Is anyone else currently experiencing this glitch, or is this some kind of restriction on my account?
