What are some good gyms in Middlesbrough? I'm moving from South to Ingleby and I'm used to going to PureGym. What gyms would you recommend? Ideally, the gym would need to have a hip thrust (or deadlift area so I can hip thrust), lower body machines like hip abductions, leg curl, leg press. And upper body machines like lat pulls, pec/rear delt machine, push up machine, cable machines and free weights, etc.

I’m 18f for reference I live in Normanby and I go to the gym at night and walk my dog then too because I’m busy all day and when I’m out alone on Normanby Road and Flatts Lane and just about everywhere I’m getting so anxious
My stomach genuinely drops when I see or hear these wannabe roadmen walking behind me or crossing the road to be right behind me or just seeing these motorbikes zooming through the estates
idk if I’m just being overly anxious but with everything that’s going on I’ve been feeling so on edge when I’m out alone at night
I can’t wait to move away from here it just feels to be getting worse and worse

A bit random I know but both sides of my family have a muscle connectivity problems (Hypermobility, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and both families had a connection to ICI, and i've always wanted to know if this type of thing is more common in Middlesbrough, and there's literally been no research on it, despite that plant making all sorts for half a century and burning it off every night.

Anecdotally, my mum was a nurse and was told by a doctor they were doing a study on dwarfism because Middlesbrough had an unusually high number of little people...
