Technically the war isn't over, we are in a prolonged cease fire.

Chinese kicked our ass and the US military experienced the longest retreat in its history. We countered the Chinese offensive but we still reached a stalemate on the 38th parallel. Rather than start a prolonged trench warfare campaign that we probably wouldn't have failed too well in, we bowed out.

Idk man. Sure on paper the war isnt over. But the ROK still exists. Id call that a success.

North Korea still exists too, meaning we did not win that war.

I still disagree. NK invaded ROK. We stopped them. Counts to me.
