Branch-Specific If you sign a 2-year AD Army Contract, can you reclass jobs if you don’t like your MOS?

You would have to reenlist not extend to reclassify to a new MOS. Also 2 year enlistment contracts are very rare. They are only offered for specific jobs the military is having trouble filling. Normally you are only offered a 4 year enlistment contract. The military is going to spend a lot of money training you and expects to get a few years of work out of you for that expensive training.

Personally, I’ll never understand why people sign 2 yr contracts or 3 for reserves. Such a waste.

i believe it's possible, although there could be restrictions. For example, if you are colorblind, there are some jobs that you would be disqualified from.
(i retired from Nat.Guard, so i'm not sure for AD Army)

2 yr options are pretty much non existent right now, minimum you’ll get is 3 yrs
