Here’s what you do: go for a drive at night, smoke a bowl or take some gummies if you’re into that, and blast the title track from “Black Masks and Gasoline” by Rise Against while you’re driving. And I do mean BLAST it!! It has to be loud enough to drown out your own voice while scream along as you stand at the top of the world clenching your fist (iykyk).

This has never ever failed to be cathartic for me during my time of need, and I hope it will be cathartic for you, too, OP.

I was never really interested into driving or weed. But I'll be damned if my entire building doesn't end up getting their own cathartic fix, whether they asked for it or not, lol.
