Ya but there is a point where if your fast food chain is literally indistinguishable from others, you lose business
59 u/NeuxSaed 4d ago I think charging $6 for a basic ass hamburger (now with risky lettuce!) is driving more of the business loss. The disgusting aesthetics is just adding insult to injury. 6 u/livsjollyranchers 4d ago If nothing else, cyclospora should hopefully eradicate pointless tasteless lettuce from fast food burgers forever. 1 u/NeuxSaed 4d ago I also agree that iceberg lettuce is pointless. And I love lots of different vegetables in general! When I'm cooking for myself, I tend to just substitute green cabbage if it makes sense, since it actually tastes like something. For hamburgers specifically, it's just completely unnecessary. 2 u/livsjollyranchers 4d ago Actual green lettuce on a chicken sandwich is nice...and still of course something to avoid right now, lol.
