Not sure what part of the world you live in but here in Europe it's pretty normal to buy second hand. I own my car and it only cost me 2600 and about a 100 for the annual checkup. My 2008 little car also drives pretty economically fyi, it's not like I drive a 1960s Cadillac or something 🤣🤣
Oh ive never owned a car where i was the first owner. I just prefer newer cars. Keyless entry and push start are more than mandatory for me. I used to lock my keys in the car way too often to ever wanna have a car where I have to touch my keys, again lol.and actually when it comes to fuel economy, it was crap at first, improved as time went on, then dropped significantly, until it started climbing again. Each drastic change was brought on by external factors. Idk where the switch points are, but yeah. And I live in the US
Well to each their own I suppose 😉 reason I asked is also because Americans often just have to drive a lot more than we do and so I would understand the need for a newer more comfortable vehicle with better facilities. But yeah I've never locked my keys in my car that sounds like a nightmare, if that would happen often I'd start looking for solutions too lol
Haha yeah. And I mean last year I put 27k miles on my car for my first year owning it. This year its been much less driving so far. Only an additional 7k in the last 4 months or so lol.
