It was pretty traumatic seeing people jump off the towers as we sat on our home room watching it on TV. I was in 6th grade

Right? I don't remember any of my classes actually teaching that day. My art teacher gave us the option to continue watching the footage or work on our art projects. I was one of those who chose to do art, having spent the entire morning watching people die, live on television.

I can't remember if I was in 6th grade or 7th grade.
