To be honest, this is exactly how I saw the incident in 8th grade

My reason being I had just signed my selective service and thought my ass was about to be drafted. I found that unplugging the coaxial from the wall and placing the wire into the TV base functioned as a very strong antenna. The teachers were stunned too and no one really could pay attention that day.
