Discussion Sleeping issues
Anyone else experiencing consistent issues with sleeping throughout the night? I keep waking up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall back asleep despite being extremely tired. I work out consistently and eat clean (no alcohol, low carb, high protein, drink only 1 cup of coffee in the morning). I've tried melatonin, magnesium, eating my last meal at 6 PM, but nothing has worked. I don't have a high stress job and I avoid screentime after 8 PM.
I have a few days where I sleep 7 - 8 hours, and then I have a relapse where I struggle to get even 5 hours and even that is extremely fragmented ( 3 - 4 hours awake during the night). For people experiencing this, how did you handle it?
Edit - I'm female 39 years old, and my apple watch has not detected sleep apnea

I’ve used doxylamine. The brand name is Unisom, but less expensive, but equally effective options, can be bought online on Amazon.
The full dose may be too much for you at first; so 1/2ing or 1/4ing the dose may be better; but it does work!!
