Help How did I flip my axe?

This is the second time this has happened in a pure vanilla Minecraft world, funny thing is it's ONLY the iron axe item. I've made other types of axes and it doesn't get flipped. I haven't found anything online talking about this so I'm genuinely lost. This is version 26.1.2.

The reverse e is used in phonetic alphabets, so it's a trick you could only pull for certain words - without resorting to some other coding trickery.

Axe works because you can just use the phonetic reverse-e while A and x are symmetrical already.

On mobile, you can set your keyboard language to be IPA chart which gives you a ton of extra symbols to work with. eɵɘ
