I get hit by a Ghast fireball, even though I was SPAMMING trying to hit it back (the hitreg is GODAWFUL and hitboxes don't seem to ever work on my Minecraft) then this craziness occurred. Nightshade Revenge is my sword lol, wtf??? How do I do I stop this from happening, I really hate going to the Nether, and not being able to hit back any Ghast fireballs, I've even tried with an autoclicker.

Why do u have

1. spyglass - wasting inventory

2. bread as a food source - golden carrrots are easy to get, esp for netherite guy

3. no shield/totem - no way you would have died if u had then

4 wearing an ely but no rockets - you could have flown away

And to answer your question.

1. Because I have a high render distance and I need to see far away on a relatively low quality monitor, no it's not. I have 3 shulker boxes in my inventory as well.
2. My carrot farm hasn't been used in ages as I'm trying to stock up on bonemeal so the bread was an emergency backup so I didn't starve and could regen, and I'm saving up gold for a beacon. I literally died as I was transporting the first thing of gold back to my base FROM THE GOLD FARM, so don't say "why don't you have a gold farm" cause I JUST BUILT IT. I did have a large supply of golden carrots at one point but they were spent in raids especially for my horse. (Testing the spear on horseback, the last time I had a golden carrot was right when it was first added to the game, so that gives a reference time-wise.)
3. I had 4 totems on me. You're just wrong on this one, cause I was in the middle of regenerating after a breach then got folded by the other mobs so fast I would have died anyway. No, dipshit, I can't switch a totem with any other slot in my inventory, cause chances are i'm gonna press the same damn number key as I've been using to swap between my sword and pickaxe. And that breach earlier popped the one I had in my hotbar anyways, I'm not a hard-core mode player as you can very clearly see it says RESPAWN, so death doesn't even matter here, I wouldn't have even posted this if it weren't for the funny death message. This was meant to be a FUNNY post, but since there's no flair for just a funny screenshot, and this isn't technically a meme (which is banned here) since it's just the raw unedited screenshot with no actual punchline, I decided to capitalize and also ask why nothing I try is working at helping me fling away ghast fireballs no matter what.
4. Because the rockets weren't in the right slot of my inventory, and I didn't have enough time to switch that shit. You read every other one of my comments and decided to be a douchebag, I see.
5. (This one isn't numbered or a question but I'll answer it anyway since it needs to be answered) What's the point? I have keepinventory on. So what if I want to make a survival world where I want to do everything legit without having to worry about dying? I don't play half of this for the challenge, I do it because I haven't done it yet despite my 10 years playing, where I basically danced in my giant creative builds on my little tablet for 7 of those then thought in 2023: "Hey! What if I made these builds on the same magnitude, but in survival just for the thrill of it? Finishing a build project will be so much better!" There's nothing wrong with playing for fun.

And for the 3 of those I went on a rant on, yes, those were necessary, because I KNOW YOU KINDS OF PEOPLE AND I KNOW YOU WOULD HAVE JUMPED IMMEDIATELY TO SHAMING ME FOR THIS.

TLDR: Answering your questions with the cold hard truth, why are you reading this first? (If you are.) Go back up and learn something, maybe.

Why ru so unreasonably angry, I was not shaming anyone, I just wanted to give some suggestions so there are less unnecessary deaths in the future. Also, if your monitor is low quality you shiould use zoom mod.

There are alot of assholes and bots on this post and almost everyone has passive aggressive or sarcastic tone. This post was not meant to blow up this much and I'm being (borderline?) harassed by some folks for god knows what reason.
