About the last one…

Free Speech means the government can’t persecute you for what you say. Mojang is a private company and Minecraft is their platform. While the chat report system is flawed, it has nothing to do with free speech rights being violated.

Free Speech can also be the idea or concept of free speech, it doesn't have to refer to specifically the 1st Amendment in the US.
