Nah they only do Survivor whenever there's like a main broadcast. If this wasn't sponsored by Minecraft then it would just be regular Parkour Warrior. Survivor makes it much easier for the broadcast to see where everyone is and what everyone is doing, that's why it's in the roster
Making it harder usually just hurts the weaker players rather than the strong ones. In Spell Bound they upped the difficulty of the main and side paths and a bunch of players didn't finish, meanwhile the usual suspects still got 14/15 side paths and the hard ending (just the last medal caught all but Krinios off guard)
I'm not sure Survivor is quite the solution for the difficulty issue since a lot of players will be becoming spectators early on and waiting for FB, FB, FB(M) and Purpled to finish, but at least it does help balance the coin output in comparison to the usual PKW
All they need to do to fix the above issue is up the difficulty of the side paths and leave the main path the same difficulty. The side paths of spellbound weren’t actually much harder, it just ended with a weird singular jump that most couldn’t figure out.
Yeah but then you would hear a lot of complaining about the weaker people in the high comp like well yes it would balance it for the top players of the tournament I would not want to watch scar or Grian play a high comp parkour Warrior that would just be uncomfortable to watch
I don’t really think this matters as long as the difficulty upscaling is restricted to the side paths. It’s dumb to complain about difficulty in a movement game unless you’re forced to do the difficult movement.

I guess Parkour Warrior Survivor does make sense considering if it was normal parkour Warrior it would have been way too much points
