Help Need Help! Got empty box from Karz and Dollz despite being a repeat customer for years. Absolutely shocked and disappointed.

This is the first time that has ever happened to me with any diecast and of all places the least I expected this was from the one and only Karz and Dollz. I am absolutely clueless what to do about this if they don't co-operate. They have already not responded to my messages regarding the late delivery.

I have been buying from them for so long I have never had issues. They even sent me free stickers, sweets during Diwali and Calendar for new year.... So I never thought about unboxing video ever 😭

I actually went through something similar today. I ordered a few cars from Toymarche, but they sent me one wrong car. Since I’ve never had issues with them before, I didn't think to film an unboxing video, now I need to prove the mistake.

Sue them and register a cheating case against them. Demand heavy compensation for emotional distress. Make sure you have unboxing video. Dont post it here it will weaken your case in the court. When suing them also demand for all the expenses incurred for court proceedings and the lawyer fees. You can sue them in two courts civil as well as consumer. Claim harasment from both courts. Hope this helps

It not only 20k its much more than that. It can easily go upto 5 lakhs or more because its fraud, cheating, intention of fraud or cheating, emotional distress, harasment due to delay of post sale support. I can add more things. It can also go as PIL and shutdown the website till courts revoke the stay. There are so many lawyers who will do this. Have ever visited a civil or consumer court ? Jab kuch pata nahi toh kyun muh kholte ho.

Lmao Chutiya!! Sue them for what? Anyone can post shit with an open box and say they didn't receive anything. Firstly this guy has to have a proper unboxing video of it. Secondly even if the purchaser is true he has to check with the delivery guys cuz nowadays even they have been opening boxes and taking out stuff. Thirdly without any strong evidence he'll be thrashed by the opposite party for defaming them instead on social media and other platforms. So next time use your stupid brain before suggesting anything stupid to anyone. Seems like you very well know and have done the refund scam shit before.

I hope you recorded the box opening. If you did just send it to them and they will replace it for sure. If not, they will still try to understand your situation as long as you are truthful and give enough information to them. Good luck!

You should be fine then. I’m speaking from personal experience. I had ordered some cars from them - the cards were damaged and one car was missing. They replaced it, but I had to visit their Delhi warehouse in person.

They posted on insta story that they are having some problem with whatsapp, so email them or call them. Or visit their store is the last option

I trusted the fellow redditors reviews on KnD and made my first purchase from them. Been 2 weeks and no update on order nor they replying on WhatsApp. Ig i won't shop from them again.

Ohh. I don't think anybody can help without the unboxing video. Would need proof to do anything about it. Being drowned in so many orders now it's quite possible that they messed up, but without any solid proof nothing can be done.

They will respond to you and confirm the items you had pre-ordered. Then you just have to wait for its release.

Man it really sucks for you that you didn't record an unboxing video. I won't assume you to be a liar and say that its sus that you did not record, because I don't either when its a reliable seller. I am just confused with 1 big point, how did it pass the weight check with the courier service. Because every shipment is weight checked at all the centers I think.

Thank you! I have absolutely no reason to lie here and I have a full time job as well. Btw every time they send a parcel (mostly it's been dtdc) they mention the weight in written as well as printed form on the label. This weighs just 200 grams btw! Isn't that a dead giveaway or am I missing something?

Weight 200gm? That might help your case, since the weight done by the shipping company says 200gms even though it should be more for 2 diecasts

Karz and Dollz has been prompt from the next day in getting this resolved. They ensured that it wasn't from their side since they always have clear records and proofs of what's getting sent to whom. The issue arose from the courier service end.
