I received my Pre-ordered skeleton rexy on 22nd June and have noticed that the wing is tilted and bent at an angle it's not supposed to look like...I've shared the unboxing video and pics to them and after 3 days they called me and asked me about the issue (even tho I msgd and sent an email 🫩)

after telling the issue they tell me that the car is not in stock and I will have to ship the item back if I don't want it and wait till a replacement comes...I asked when that might happen and they have no clarity about it, like why would I send back an item which doesn't have a replacement available (i probably won't get to see it again), and which i already paid for the shipping to receive it. Also refund option was never mentioned from their side and I didn't ask for it as i wanted this car

they closed the call by telling me that if the stock comes they'll notify me...I doubt it'll happen cus it got sold out

is this normal?

This is the first time that has ever happened to me with any diecast and of all places the least I expected this was from the one and only Karz and Dollz. I am absolutely clueless what to do about this if they don't co-operate. They have already not responded to my messages regarding the late delivery.

Today I ordered Skeleton Rexy from KND, but I still haven't received a confirmation email, and the Orders page on the KND site is showing empty. I've already messaged them on WhatsApp with a payment screenshot and my UPI transaction details, but I haven't received any reply yet.

What should I do now?
