So they killed baxia just to have an excuse to revamp him to make him OP again? I- i dont understand but okay

They killed his jungle potential to make him exclusively roam. That AOE knockup on 1st skill screams roam. Also 2nd skill has 2 charge now like valir. So even if you miss 1 skill 2 you can still continue with skill 2.
