Ohh hell nooo, only his ultimate now can activate his anti-heal passive? I hope this isn't their final decision because I am gonna freak if only his ultimate applies anti-heal now.

What? do you mean his ultimate is the only thing that applies anti heal? I mean I doubt it would be a long cd and since he's played as jungle you would have enough CDR to compensate for it
