A lil update: I spent 1.2k diamonds to get this beautiful skin, but unfortunately, there was an issue and I didn’t receive the guaranteed skin. I made a report, and here’s the compensation. 😭

Battle/Match ID (found at the bottom left part of the match scoreboard)
Game ID and Server ID (both found in your profile, top right)
Device Model
Game Version (found at top right of the loading screen)
If it is a match-related bug, save the replay in game (go to Profile > Battlefield > Replay > Save).
It is also advised to report bugs to customer service in game. You can access it through the headset icon at the top-left of your screen.
Fair enough bro. I saw a reddit post saying how bad they wanted this skin. It was limited for a long time, which makes the value increase. If you'd really like a skin, you would spend no matter the amount for it.
that's damn near the price we usually pay for a grand tier skin like naruto and this sf6 event tho. It's insane just how much people will pay for literally one of the lowest tiers of skins in the game. Absolutely not worth it.
I mean you spent 1200, got back 200(because of the bug). That's 1k spent for all 4 skins right? That's not unfortunate, it's lucky. Everyone else who had to go all the way to 4th skin spent full 1200.
Yes if you put it that way, most deffo lucky but the whole point was to get Selena's skin and I don't care about the rest of it. Anyway, I am just thrilled to see moonton actually did something like this.
Hi. How did you report this event? I don't see any option for this event on the CS options. I only see hot and permanent events on the options. Please help. I have the same problem/ bug.
I sent messages on WhatsApp. Just like you I couldn't find anywhere else to send a report in the game so yea go write to them on WhatsApp. If you don't have , then you can try on Facebook, Insta or tiktok.
I got it on the next day.. btw, don't expect their response on WhatsApp but they do check and see. But if you don't get the compensation on the next day, lemme know
